This morning I hosted the Valentine’s Day brunch for the MOMS Club and it went off without a hitch! I decided to do it at Panera so everyone would have a variety of food to choose from (and, let’s face it, it’s hard to make enough food to host 12 adults and 16 kids!). Brea helped me last night with getting the decorations for the tables together, and we bought some super cute, festive cupcakes and cookies.
And here’s a picture of how the tables turned out:
Each child brought a Valentine for everyone, and they had so much fun passing them out! It was so adorable to see them walk up to each other and say “HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!” and give them their special Valentine. We all sat at the table after ordering our food, the kids ran back and forth to each other and played while we all got some nice time together.
I’m so happy my girl has so many sweet friends to receive all these Valentines from! And 8 hours later, I’m still dealing with the sugar rush from the cupcake and lollipops that I caved and let her have for this special occasion, haha! Right now, she is running around the house with her Tweety Bird balloon screaming at the top of her lungs…oh, the joys of motherhood!
